Due to the handmade, limited-edition nature of each You Are Chosen gift box, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Every box in this collection is individually hand-assembled with care and intention. A total of only 55 boxes are available for the 2026 Mother’s Day collection. Minor variations in presentation are inherent to the handmade process and are a feature of the artisan character of each piece, not defects.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You Are Chosen reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Giveaway Terms

Three boxes will be gifted at no cost to recipients selected entirely at the sole discretion of You Are Chosen. Nominations do not guarantee selection. No purchase is necessary to nominate or be selected. The giveaway is open to US residents only. Winners will be contacted privately prior to Mother’s Day 2026.

Intellectual Property

The name “You Are Chosen,” all brand copy, visual identity, affirmation language, design elements, product concepts, and page content are the exclusive intellectual property of You Are Chosen © 2026. Any reproduction, duplication, imitation, or commercial use — in whole or in part — without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

You Are Chosen is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

Processing Time

Each box is handmade and assembled individually with care. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days from payment confirmation. Please allow time for proper preparation — your box deserves it.

Shipping Timeframe

Standard domestic (US) shipping: 3–5 business days after processing. Estimated total delivery: 8–12 business days from order date. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

All Sales Are Final

Because every box is handmade and this collection is strictly limited to 55 units, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damaged in Transit

If your box arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each situation individually and respond with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier after the package leaves our hands.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. You Are Chosen is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Re-shipment fees may apply.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Giveaway Recipients

The 3 complimentary giveaway boxes will be shipped at no cost to the recipient within the contiguous United States. Giveaway selections are at the sole discretion of You Are Chosen.

What is the You Are Chosen Gift Box?

It is a limited-edition, handcrafted Mother’s Day luxury gift box assembled with six curated pieces — a plush teddy bear, Lindt Lindor truffles, a black & gold affirmation card, a clear heart balloon, a custom Faith candle, and a matte black gift box with a gold satin bow. Only 55 are being made.

How many boxes are available?

Only 55 boxes are being handcrafted for this Mother’s Day collection. Once they are gone, they will not be restocked. This is a true limited edition.

What does the box cost?

Each You Are Chosen box is $65, which includes all six items and standard domestic shipping. Payment is processed securely through PayPal.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Standard domestic shipping adds 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from your order date. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States only. We hope to expand in the future.

What is the giveaway?

Three You Are Chosen boxes will be gifted completely free to deserving mothers. Anyone can nominate a mom by clicking “Nominate a Mom” in the banner or footer. Nominations close May 9, 2026. Recipients are selected at the sole discretion of You Are Chosen and notified privately.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes. We believe every mother deserves to be seen. You are welcome to nominate yourself or someone you love.

My box arrived damaged. What do I do?
